This breakdown we go through, of the entire Central Nervous System is the turning point in life where you begin to shed your layers and the density of ancestral trauma and family lineage starts coming up to the surface. This rough period, often referred to as Dark Night of The Soul, usually begins with anxiety and this Ascension period causes fatigue and heavy brain fog while trying to put all the pieces together. Some may feel depression at times, as they drop back into the lower, heavy Third Dimension.
