It’s a unique love that I resonated into, with the vibrational frequency of sacrifice. Becoming a solo journey of multi-dimensional awakening and reaching inner-union instead of waiting on a reunion outside of myself that was never coming with this man the longer I waited. Certainly not what I signed up for, and especially not with a man who’s birth chart has all those North Nodes of an over-ambitious penguin. Threatening to offer me breadcrumbs while never present, dancing somewhere in the etheric while hiding in the dark. Occasionally popping up every so often to say hey, I’m still here kinda, so don’t leave. So in 2025, as we learn to detach from those who are clearly going in different directions, I send you this message on the who, what, when, where, how and why of the 2025 climax of old energetic connections.

It’s quite rare that I need something from someone, but on this one occasion, I needed information and I had my reasons. My request for information is never on a personal level when I have to consider him a business partner. My responsibilities this far in, are extreme enough that it has the ability to suck the joy right out of my soul after decades of living such vibrancy. I’m asking questions, when I do, because it effects my anatomy and physiology and this one instance was crucial to solving a mystery that was timelined for closure. The elimination of what would be making my energy levitate outside my body, waking me while asleep. Regardless of any interaction, the closure was coming and had been since Bali.

Without knowing much about what a ‘karmic’ is, in your mind, I appear to be the woman who hasn’t let go of a man appearing to be happy with another woman. So I say to you today, there’s a lot happening in the background that you’re unaware of. Do my FB posts this week look like a woman not prepared to let go of someone gaslighting and ghosting me in the physical yet energetically feeds off my energy field if I move too far forward? He’s now no more than a figment of my imagination, a man I finally chose not to decode. I’m surprised you think I’m that stagnant that I’m clinging on to old energy, surrendered now to an easier option? Are you forgetting how much it broke me 2 years ago to call it done while still in love? I enquired to you recently, I trusted you, for research purposes because the First and Second Wave Twin Flames didn’t get given a manual for this, we had to write it from scratch. That’s why The Twin Flame Trance was channelled for the public in 2 weeks last year, while I was high as high could possibly go.

Those going into Fifth first become naturally high and can lose their grounding along with their mind if released too quickly or inexperienced and some will stop at nothing to obtain mental stability. Even playing games with the emotions of others to keep them attached as their whole emotional stability is suddenly being decoded. At first I thought it was cause he still liked me but it never made any sense. Why does someone behave so savage, fiercely refusing to surrender, to never meet half way in giving and receiving? This man was never there to meet me equally in the relationship while it was held safely in balance, only ever reached for me once I let go and went into Fifth, and immediately when I went into Fifth, never when I was in the balance of the 4D field that I knew so well over decades.

The survival mechanisms, dysfunction and drama took a huge hit over the years for my CNS to stay calm. An unbelievable pertinacious and resistant connection dropping me regularly from the frequency I’d been emitting since absorbing the codes from the sacred sites of Jerusalem in 1999. This was mission work for me that had been going for 25 years prior. That was because he wanted me to keep going higher so that he could keep going higher. He knew he needed me for this, even before I knew it and his refusal to return any energy is what kept me unattached and always on the move into the higher realms. Maybe the only thing he communicated over the years, with urgency, was for me to get to work and keep going. To pull his energy through while he avoided his inner-work, with me being too out of body by now to know any different. How much higher could I go for his benefit, already at risk of dying several times prior. So clearly this is no ordinary relationship that I’m just ‘struggling’ to move on from emotionally. It’s been energetic domination in the Astral realm for the rising of a man unable to dominate my independence in the physical.

Eventually with enough set-ups they slapped me back to consciousness and the spell was broken. Overseeing a global DNOTS at the end of 2024 and a karmic clearing of 3D for the Collective showed me where our timelines still differ. Initiation for ego death out of the lower realms of anger and hate becoming essential for many stuck looping in the Matrix. Eventually I stopped making excuses for the lack of action as I was shown where our soul was still out of alignment. I was able to finally see things for what they really were but sadly that took several near death experiences along the way with an abandonment in an emergency situation simply unable to ever excuse. This man had no care and this was the lineage I was born to break.

Perhaps his cruel behaviours, the ultimate test on my sibling wounds,  were a tactic to push away the blazing spotlight of transparency that sat uncomfortably between our Dimensions. It worked. I let his energy go, he was finally free. Despite my world exploding in production, it honestly was almost impossible to stop loving him as I’d been holding onto the vision I’d received of him in his full potential since the day we’d met without realising the extent of the timeline this would entail.

As I’d already healed my core ancestral wounds just before meeting and learnt to love myself, that meant leaving him, for me. The biggest mistake I ever made which is common for women stuck in this kind of investment, was thinking that he was right behind me and it couldn’t have been further from the truth, finally understanding the we’re a decade apart,

So, after the comment last month that surely I can “fully move on and disconnect from the connection” it triggered something in me to level up collectively. I could easily let go of a man pretending to ghost me while connecting with my energy field regularly. Tapping me through fakies on Tinder and Hinge, the audacity to ‘test’ me after 18 months in silence. Reaching again, in third person, while away Internationally was probably not the smartest angle, to appeal to my soft submissive side. The connection, now 18 months from physical, and hanging by energetic threads since the Bali set-up for closure, was by now only due for sub-conscious clearing.

What I didn’t know was that I literally had to wait for him to be in another hemisphere, where those strong tentacles almost unhooked from the 5D field, allowing me to finally flick him out, into his own energy. In doing so, he ruptured the higher realms, activating a remote breathwork session between here and Europe with me still in 5D, which I’d never done before over that distance and time, let alone remotely through a shared breath body. Ironically, that one decision in Greece that night affected more than you could ever imagine, an unbelievable 24 hours of paranormal activities. With the oxygenated air space of 5D completely evaporating over such a distance, almost killing me several times and eventually dropping me back into the density of 3D which hits me like an elephant sitting on my chest the few times I’ve dropped that significantly over the years.

As his returning plane began to get closer towards Australia and without enough oxygen left for myself along with those orbiting the 5D field, it began to suffocate. The sheer panic of me trying to work all of this out in real time was next level. All those still in mid-Ascension, what I mean by that is between Dimensions, not yet stable or holding their own, the one’s I’ve been pulling through into Fifth this past decade got booted out of 4D and went back into the density of the fatigue of 3D. And to my horror, most likely his too if he can even feel anything while coming in that heavy, when he landed in the country he fell straight back inside my body where I’d never ever been about to feel him there before while in the higher realms, with the field so much wider. Back on the GC and now both in 3D for the first time, I had to learn to take tiny breaths, one at a time, with days of non-stop breathwork until the field stretched back out into Fourth.

Eventually I could no longer feel us sharing the same breath body anymore as we became lost in the field. Now I understand how Twin Flames can read each others minds as we share the breathwork together of 5D. I also understand now, how the field gets fused so regularly if another man touches my face, looks into my eyes too long or does anything unusual that gets my attention, immediately fusing the activation into trance. Attempting to cut the cords again, a few days later, a burning ceremony left me fighting for life, again. After another week without enough oxygen, the 5D energy between us dissolved and I was starting to get the message that I was not to sever this connection. We were to co-exist in the field together, like all others holding the 5D Breathwork at altitude strong in sovereignty while in separation from their Twin Flames.

I’ve usually always been able to hold my 5D frequency fairly solid since 2012 but learning to hate someone, more than I loved them these past years actually dropped me right back to 3D and I had to learn the contrast of where I’d come from. Eventually I realised I can’t hold Fifth with negative thoughts of someone and had to learn to neutralise my feelings for a man who projected that feeling the whole way through the last decade.

As soon as we demand transparency with someone using us for the energy balance, the true identity is revealed and the mask begins to slip. And now here we are, the roller-coaster has been laid to rest. The field might be a bit flat, but it’s finally balanced and I’m happy in 4D and in the sovereignty of 5D getting easier to a degree. If not before, let’s talk again when you first rupture into Fifth, losing your grounding that you’ve been used to for so long now and then you might understand me a little more.

As more and more people are becoming drawn to energy work it’s something I struggle to say yes to on a physical level. I used to love the feeling of changing peoples lives and now it comes through with a heaviness that pulls from the frequency of Saint Germain to share the Violet Flame with others, while having to assess if this person is ready for such diversity. I think back to when it happened to me and ask myself do they really know what they’re getting themselves into, awakening consciously? A responsibility I now prioritise highly with a long discussion before meeting, fast-tracking them through what a redirection actually entails and how a conscious awakening can change absolutely everything they know. Do they even want to wake up consciously or prefer to stay living in the unknown blissful slumber of the Matrix? Before it happens you don’t even know the difference.

Nowadays, I do feel obligated to say yes to those who find me in the Fourth Dimension, through all the shadow-banning of social media censorship and a decade of business blocks in 3D which I’m starting to see as being divinely orchestrated from above. The higher realms are not for those who arrive with a large following which is why the inner circle gets smaller and smaller as the journey of Ascension continues. Only the chosen souls, contracted to awaken humanity have been resonating at a frequency light enough to still handle, and for those who came through as highly ascended, it’s a decade of work I’ve done with a heavy load, while 95% in a not-for-profit model. We’re all equally as challenged as the next, myself even more so perhaps, but through all the adversity there’s still joy and light in the journey of sharing energy at this capacity. Not as much as before Covid but there’s still many moments of laughter along the way and an abundance of head shakes while detached and  beaming out-of-body high, floating out into the galactic realms and back again.

For those highly ascended, essentially what an energy worker is doing is slowing down an out of control frequency and bringing you back into your body, to regain control of your conscious mind and ascend once more, together as one. Holding you balanced until you can hold it yourself. This allows you to have a conscious awakening to start unravelling the journey of life on Earth through Dimensional travel. Bringing your consciousness back into 3D you’ll have the new ability to see things clearly and think with clarity to make better decisions. If you have resistance to growth or holding your own energy stable, this will most likely be reflected within your relationships and those you love who’ve been holding you steady without your knowledge during ego death.

An energy worker will support your field while this shift in consciousness takes place and the heaviness of life falls away, ascending deep into the astral realm of 4D sovereignty. As spirituality begins to break the surface eventually activating mindful awareness, then you’re on your own. Finding your way back to the frequency you were born with, with a conscious mind now free of trauma becomes a spiritual pilgrimage of initiation to eventually be shown the blueprint of life without the heaviness of trauma carried through from passed lives.

This links in with the Twin Flame journey because eventually we resonate to a frequency that brings the other to surface and we can then see with clarity the see-saw of sharing energy with another. Only the most pure Divine Souls will have the strength to be walking life together on Earth with a Twin Flame connected. Always working simultaneously and subconsciously with the entire Soul tribe to never drop the ball. To fully experience what that feels like to finally be on our own, happily, with a healed consciousness and an awakened mind we must first move through many periods of solitude before reaching Twin Flame inner union.

This post is the final 3 of 3, to emphasise how Ascension Symptoms are tying in closely with the closing timelines of Twin Flames and Grid-workers from the 1999, 25 year cycle. As old cycles give a nod to years of rebirthing and with the final chapters of book 2 still being woven in real time, I close out a decade of old energy by releasing the anchors of my Fourth and final Soul Tribe and a message to the son of whom I inherited along the way. The gift of freedom, from the daughters of past lives.

The Light Workers going through first into Fifth, especially the Twin Flames moving into sovereignty, will soon experience a monumental change of lifestyle. This could involve next level Ascension symptoms such as spontaneous and involuntary periods of Breathwork, trance frequency focal seizures (beginning as euphoria or deja vu), anxiety, Kundalini explosions, Third Eye, Crown Chakra activations and Merkaba Lightbody initiation or other symptoms of Ascension during such an activation. You will begin to get high naturally.

Besides the experiences getting harder to wrap the linear mind around, what I do know for sure is that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. I say today to my 23 year old step-son, who’s effectively been holding his own energy in the Astral 4D space for quite some time now, while moving around the International grid. I reflect on the incredible year of 2024, spent magnetising into me during my highest peaks opening the 5D field for Twins in permanent separation, supporting those finally reaching Sovereignty. This became the title of my first book on the Ascension into 5D – “The Twin Flame Trance – Reaching Sovereignty”

With your thirst for experience and an addiction to higher frequency, my suggestion to slow it down often fell on deaf ears. The personalised one-on-one training allowing you to reach the levels that you’d been frothing for, and I knew with certainty that there would be no stopping the incline of what was fated during such a time. I’m guessing by now it’s hit your physical realm of understanding in 2025 and you’re now feeling the ecstasy and freedom of what was coordinated and filtered through the centre last year by 5 Lightworkers, energy working the Australian Grid.

In many ways the work became 24/7 to hold you, along with others steady. With the depth of the connection we shared, I obliged each and every request, re-balancing the shaky auric field regularly once rattled. Access for you opened into 4D and eventually the consciousness followed. While at the same time, being gifted a rare private lens into the Fifth. I reaffirm that it wasn’t easy for me taking others through simultaneously and so quickly after my Violet Flame activated as I was still shaky in my own higher realms. This changed significantly once access to the public became restricted, and my remote abilities broke through, with a clear directive that the new 5D sovereign energy would be gifted to my inner circle only.

Someone asked me recently how I’d handle the EMF problem that Bali now has if it came to us here in the same way? The answer is, it’s already here and you just don’t know it, cause you can’t see it. My EMF readers give a reading which tells/shows us what the future looks like and it’s of significant concern to those in my field. My response to that question was that I’d stay at home more often and that’s the reality that many current Lightworkers in service work have committed to from beyond the etheric understandings. Luckily for me I travelled young, lived a full life early on and was blessed with angels to do it with. Sacrifice, a constant theme for 25 years now, is no issue at this late stage of my life, which I’m now referring to as resembling my retirement years…..

During this shared activation, he honestly felt my answer to his question was quite restrictive to have to stay home more often. The fact is, once we reach a frequency where we become super sensitive to the environment we have no choice but to move more into community life and less into city living. My home is my reality of freedom and that energy has to remain balanced, for all those who’ve walked through my doors this past decade currently in mid-Ascension and balancing their energy in the Fourth Dimension. Having an Energetic Centre for the Gold Coast, it’s always been full of vibrant people coming and going so therefor my reality stretches far from the physical. For the past 2 years I’ve been collectively remote as we’ve stretched the energy from country to country. When it comes to freedom, my mind is as still as it is busy, just not at the same time. The information field of 5D is infinite, so long as you can hold the frequency strong without dropping the connection. This requires much solitude and balance to the field.

The question is more for those still circulating within heavy radiation who are yet to reach awareness due to the body’s density or with dependents still anchoring them into early Ascension. Without an understanding of what frequency does to the health of their anatomy/physiology it’s hard to unblock the blockages that we’re designed to break free from. Once we move forward into the Lightbody, there’s no option but to respect it and keep it free of toxins. Enlightenment has no room for much of what society has become, so as the old falls away, those bringing in the 5D way of life will be the new model. When the limitations of alcohol and sugar become more widely recognised and a sacrifice of all addictions, including relationships, more normalised for those mastering their Ascension. 

This past month was always going to be significant for Twin Flames working their mission. With mine out of the country for annual leave I had a sneaky suspicion that activations were surfacing this fortnight. Initiation into the Violet Flame energetic field is out of my control and like a yo-yo, see-saw or a puppet I get sent into the density of spaces that are about to have a shift in consciousness. In some ways it’s snakes and ladders as we try to remain balanced. Every interaction is a decision that I don’t make lightly as what goes up must come down and once I drop into trance, my job is done. I then have to return home asap to regain my normal frequency. God knows how I get around like this without getting run over…..I don’t realise how naturally high and out of body I get until I have to leave the house, which is on rare occasions these days. My work is to build the energy, keep the Indigo flame burning bright and share my energy field with those who are rising into the consciousness of Twin Flame frequency. 

For all the practitioners I’ve seen this week, or those I’ve shared a meal with, it may not make sense right now, the information we exchanged throughout this week but it will be normal dialogue for you in five years time. When it comes to Ascension symptoms it’s really never ending. All the way through the Astral world into the higher realms the body has to change and adapt in the physical form. The symptoms change constantly which leave you puzzled when something so extreme suddenly ends for something new to begin elsewhere. It’s always important to work through elimination by getting the symptoms checked in the medical world first before determining that its just Spiritual Phenomena. Like the Sonographer I met today who I’m about to spend 3 more days with while trying to determine why I can feel sparks in my blood as things ramp up.

Ascension Symptoms have long been a part of my life and are forever intensifying and changing as we don’t tend to go back to the earlier ones once our energetic field becomes strengthened. Beginning with anxiety at the start, a new sensitivity to people, places and electricity once we begin to awaken to the feeling of energy. Ideally, initiating layers of release of attachment and connections as symptoms begin to fade away. Then there’s the years of getting high naturally and involuntarily, the spontaneous breathwork, the pressure to anatomy such as brightness and eyesight once the Third Eye and Crown reach activation and ending with circuitry challenges towards the end.

One physician this week was my Optometrist with a routine visit who’s been monitoring the pressure behind my eyes for glaucoma this past decade. This week my readings were the highest he said he’s ever seen in his career and he was stumped as to why I don’t have glaucoma by now. I reminded him that I do have a purple hologram from my Third Eye for the last 2.5 years and the force of light might be what’s adding to the pressure but stopped short of telling him it was from accidentally activating my Merkaba when my Twin and I both let go at the same time. The Twin Flame words are rarely used on those with initials before their name, too much of a stretch for their programming, at this current stage.

All he needed to know was that my situation is different and as I explained that it’s occasionally covering my sight like purple cellophane, which made today’s Field Test a little challenging while trying to locate all those little white dots in my peripheral vision. With a Third Eye that’s sometimes a hologram and most other times an Indigo flame, this info is something he’s slowly absorbing with the normal amount of confusion that most people experience. As its a difficult concept to digest it’s generally disregarded at the time, which is understandable.

With the normal range of eye pressure being 10-21 and my reading being 35 in one eye and 37 in the other, being the thorough practitioner that he is he used another machine to test the ocular nerve thickness and was extra stumped when the results came back perfect. I love it when Ascension tests the limitation of University and practitioners are left scratching their heads in confusion to what doesn’t make sense to them yet. Given the right amount of disconnect and time, it will soon be understood through these experiences.

TTFT Chapter 10. The Meeting

A lot of these things aren’t discussed when you visit your GP. Even though they’ve been recognised in health care for thousands of years they’re no longer recognised in modern medicine as they should be. Unfortunately the common practice for our time is to solve conditions with a prescription pad. I’ll often refer to this as the band-aide effect. The focus needs to shift to treating a condition rather than treating a symptom. Modern medicine is so busy trying to find a cure for everything that unfortunately it’s paying little attention to the cause. If we can treat the cause effectively we won’t need to search for cures.

What we do know is that good health is maintained with the correct balance of rest, good nutrition, exercise, clean water, sunshine, oxygen and breathing techniques with electrical and emotional balance….and sleep- and plenty of it! I cannot stress enough how important sleep is! It is THE most important word for me when I take on a client with traumatic stress. When you become ill or can’t release stress it’s a sure sign that one of these factors is out of balance and has been for some time.

Here at Energetic Health we have direct procedures to combat post-traumatic stress. Before a system analysis can be done on your body we would run through a pre-check condition report to ensure we assess the overall condition of your body. Some of the things covered before we get started are hydration and electrolyte levels. The healing process won’t be as effective on a dehydrated body. We’ll assess chakra and meridian blockages, soul alignment and negative energy influences together with damage to the auric and electromagnetic fields. We’ll also check for an overgrowth of candida or parasites and ensure your oxygenation is strong and eliminate any self-sabotaging patterns.

Anyone suffering from post-traumatic stress usually presents with several of these issues needing attention. This is because when a traumatic event is relived in our mind our central nervous system can weaken from pressure due to the body remaining in a constant state of fight or flight. This lowers the body’s natural vibration and immune defence creating an opening for disease. One of the most important things on the agenda is vibrational therapy. When trauma is present and the body’s immunity is compromised it’s extremely important to bring up the vibration. By measuring the Hz of the body with muscle testing we’ll gain knowledge whether this therapy is needed. A healthy human body vibrates between 62-72Hz and disease will creep in when this frequency drops. At 57-60Hz the body may develop a cold or flu; at 55Hz a candida overgrowth; at 52Hz Epstein Barr virus; at 42Hz cancer; and at 25Hz the dying stage will begin. Who knew in modern medicine that the body’s vibration was oh-so important!

When the pre-check assessment is complete we’ll conclude the post-traumatic stress session with a full system analysis investigating the following- any stress in the body around vitamins & mineral consumption, brain & central nervous system function; and along with digestive, cardiovascular, reproductive, lymphatic and immune system balancing. ‘Stress’ itself is not necessarily bad; it’s about finding a balance. The holistic triangle of mind, body, and soul is crucial to maintaining this balance. If we throw this out by either under or overstimulating the sympathetic nervous system, it can cause chaos throughout our body.

Most of us know some of the more serious complications associated with stress are strokes, cardiac arrests, aneurysms, anxiety, migraines and break downs. What we don’t tend to think about is that some of our more common maladies can also be attributed to poorly managed stress. A myriad of ailments can be triggered by an excess of stress-related hormones in the body. Cancers can be caused by stress-related free radical damage, early aging from stress damage fraying the protective caps of DNA bundles, and stress can promote weight gain and diabetes as it inhibits the insulin response and causes high blood-glucose levels.
