An Ascension Coaching session is a sacred space to pause, reconnect and come home to yourself.
It is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and turn inward — to listen to your intuition, reconnect with your inner wisdom and explore the deeper parts of who you are and who you are becoming.
Together, we create space for an Awakening Transformation — a process of becoming more conscious of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, patterns, energy and the choices that shape your life.
Your session may help you uncover limiting beliefs, release old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self and gain clarity around what you truly desire. We can explore what may be keeping you feeling stuck, disconnected or out of alignment, and begin creating space for something new.
Depending on what you are experiencing and what you feel called to explore, a session may include intuitive guidance, reflection, mindfulness, visualisation, intention-setting, affirmations, energy awareness, inner-child exploration, belief and mindset work, emotional release, purpose exploration and conscious goal-setting.
You may be guided to connect with your intuition and inner knowing, explore your relationship with yourself and others, understand recurring patterns, strengthen your boundaries, raise your self-awareness and reconnect with your sense of purpose.
There is no expectation that you arrive with all the answers.
You may come feeling confused, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck or simply knowing that something needs to change. You may also come at a time when you feel ready to expand, grow and step into a new chapter of your life.

Counselling provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is happening in your life. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in — counselling is a place where we can work through things together, at your own pace.
During a counselling session, I can offer you a supportive listening ear and a space to feel heard, understood and respected. We can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, relationships and experiences, and look at how these may be affecting you day to day.
Counselling can also help you better understand yourself and identify patterns that may be holding you back. We can work together to develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, build confidence and self-esteem, manage stress and anxiety, work through difficult experiences, and develop practical tools for navigating challenges.
Depending on what you need, we might work on problem-solving, communication and relationship skills, boundaries, decision-making, goal-setting, or ways to manage overwhelming emotions. I can also help you recognise your strengths and resources, rather than focusing only on the things that are difficult.
Importantly, counselling isn’t about me telling you what to do or judging your choices. Instead, it’s a collaborative process. You remain in control of what you share and what you want to work towards, while I provide guidance, support, strategies and a different perspective to help you move forward.
Every session can look a little different. Sometimes you might simply need somewhere to talk and be heard. Other times, we might explore a particular issue in depth, learn a new strategy, set goals, or work through a specific situation together.
Ultimately, counselling is about giving you the time, space and support to understand yourself, work through what you’re experiencing, and develop the tools and confidence to create positive change in your life.
